§ 01Who we are
These terms govern your use of talondefenseworks.com. “Talon,” “we,” and “us” mean Talon Defense Works, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, 7799 McHenry Street, Meadville, PA 16335. By using the site you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
§ 02Using the site
Product specifications, sound figures, and prices are published in good faith and may change without notice. Sound figures are dBA measurements from our own testing under stated conditions and are not a guarantee of performance on your rifle. No suppressor makes gunfire safe for unprotected hearing; wear hearing protection. Nothing on the site is legal advice. You are responsible for following federal, state, and local law where you own, use, or transport a suppressor.
§ 03Buying a suppressor
We do not sell suppressors directly through this site. Talon suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act and are sold and transferred only through licensed dealers in the United States. To buy one you must be at least 21 and legally able to own a suppressor where you live. The ATF decides eligibility when it reviews your ATF Form 4, including the background check, and your dealer transfers the suppressor to you only after ATF approval. § 04Dealer applications and messages
Sending a dealer application or a message through this site does not create a dealer agreement or any other contract. Dealer terms are set in a separate written agreement.
§ 05Trademarks and content
Talon Defense Works™, the shield mark, Diode™, Peregrine™, and Microtube™ are trademarks of Talon Defense Works, LLC. Microtube technology is patent pending (U.S. Patent Application No. 19/806,916). Site content, photography, and test data are ours. You may share links. You may not reuse our content commercially without written permission.
§ 06Safety and disclaimers
A suppressor is a firearm accessory. Follow the instructions that come with your suppressor, use the correct bore and mount for your barrel, and check tightness during use. Our product warranty is separate from these terms. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is,” and Talon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
§ 07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes are heard in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
